Thanks for shopping with Booxshop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Due to the international payment and shipping condition, customers' return & refund request will be rejected or only get a partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Refund request will be rejected if the product without any defect or hardware issue arrived after 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- Refund request will be rejected with some possible software issues, such as the bugs with some third party Apps. Boox will fix these bugs as soon as possible when users have submitted them to us.
- Refund request will be rejected if the device has been damaged by customers, such as scratch on screens or if the accessories has been lost by customers.
- Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, customers will only get a partial refund to cancel an already confirmed order for personal reasons and the product is without quality issues. In this case, customers must be responsible for shipping fee and customs to return the products without hardware issue. If not, refund request for that reason will be rejected. Below chart illustrates the charges in detail.

*Due to the Corona pandemic, the overall return process may have some delays which would take around 4-8 weeks so that our warehouse could receive and confirm the packages.
