[1] Dual Notes is available on devices that support the split-screen view. And only Handwritten Notes and Infinite Notes support Dual-Notes feature.
[2] The Quick Access panel can only be accessed within Handwritten Notes and Infinite Notes, but it allows you to view, add, and manage all types of notes.
