If the product arrives with a damaged shipping box, please do not accept the package. Instead, refuse delivery and contact Booxshop immediately with photos. We will send you a replacement once we receive the damaged item.
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the product has a hardware or quality issue upon arrival. Please note that customers are responsible for any transaction fees resulting from currency exchange or the refund process. Booxshop will process the refund only after we have received the returned product.
Return and refund requests will be rejected or only partially refunded under the following circumstances:
1.Refund requests will be rejected if the product is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
2.Refund requests will be rejected if the product is returned more than 30 days after receipt and shows no defects or hardware issues.
3.Refund requests will be rejected if the device has been damaged by the customer (e.g., screen scratches) or if the device has been lost.
Within 30 days of receipt, customers who cancel a confirmed order for personal reasons and return a product without quality issues will only receive a partial refund. In such cases, customers are responsible for the charges indicated in the chart below and customs duties. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the refund request will be rejected.

Why Was My Return Request Being Rejected?

May I Get A Full Refund?
Customers will get a full refund in the following circumstances:
1.Item defective or doesn't work (Only for hardware issues) : You will get a full refund after we receive and confirm your package.
2.Wrong item was sent: You will get a full refund after we receive and confirm your package. (Item return or replacement acceptable)
3.Cancel order(Item not shipped): If your package has been shipped and received by our courier agency, even it has no tracking number yet, we could not help cancel your order either. Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, if a customer cancels a confirmed order for personal reasons and the product has no quality issues, only a partial refund will be issued. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the charges indicated in the chart above and any applicable customs duties. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the refund request will be rejected.
Customers will get a partial refund in the following circumstances:
1.Personal reason, Items complete and packaging unopen.
2.Personal reason, Items complete but unwrapped and used, will deduct a receipt charge.
3.Personal reason, Items incomplete and used, will deduct missing items' prices and a receipt charge.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
After the package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for us to verify that all items are complete.
