DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT TAXES AND TARIFFS?
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country according to the local regulations.
Electronic items are the most commonly taxed items, we recommend you to investigate in this regard.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT MY LOCAL IMPORT TARIFFS?
Every country is different; our advice is checking with your local council, post office or government tax department. A search online may provide the insight you need to find out what the tax is likely to be. And the HS code for e-reader is 8471301000.
By the end of March 2022, the following countries are tax-free when the order payment doesn't reach a certain amount:
- United States (The value of the goods is less than 800 USD)
- Australia (The value of the goods is less than 1000 AUD)
- Canada（ (The value of the goods is less than 20 CAD)）
- New Zealand (The value of the goods is less than 60 NZD)
- Korea (The value of the goods is less than 150,000 KRW)
- Japan(The value of the goods is less than 10,000 JPY)
Due to the international payment and shipping condition, customers' refund request will be rejected or, only get a partial refund in the following circumstances:
1.Refund request will be rejected if the product has been shipped.
2.Customers will be charged transaction fee to cancel a confirmed order for personal reason.
3.Customers must be responsible for shipping fee and customs to return the products without hardware issues.
4.Customers must be responsible for customs and tariffs, refund request for this reason will be rejected.
Customers will be charged administration fee if refuse to pay customs and tariffs.
